Ana Davila

Administrative & Operations Coordinator

Ana is the Administrative & Operations Coordinator at Friends for Youth. She first joined Friends for Youth in 2017 and returned in 2026 in a new capacity. She is excited to be back and contributing to an organization that has been meaningful to her and the community.

Ana grew up in Redwood City and has always valued the importance of community, connection, and creating meaningful opportunities for young people and families. She brings several years of experience working in youth-focused and community-based settings, with a background in administrative support, program operations, and working directly with young people.

Professionally, Ana is passionate about creating organized and supportive systems that help teams do their work effectively. She enjoys bringing people, information, and resources together, improving processes, and continuing to learn and grow.

Having grown up in the community, Ana understands the importance of positive relationships and opportunities for young people. She especially appreciates Friends for Youth’s focus on building meaningful connections and meeting young people where they are. Being able to support that mission behind the scenes through her role is especially meaningful to her.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys spending time with her family and close friends, drawing, and, of course, a little shopping.
