1 to 1 Program
Friends for Youth’s 1-to-1 mentoring program connects youth with a caring adult mentor who provides stable, supportive, and consistent guidance. Mentors and mentees meet weekly—in person or virtually—for fun, interest-based activities that build trust and confidence. With support from our dedicated staff, mentors help youth develop critical life and social skills, explore new opportunities, and make positive choices for their future. Refer here.

Group Program
Our School-Based Group Mentoring Program supports 5th–12th grade students as they navigate key transitions and challenges. In weekly one-hour sessions, small groups of students connect with caring volunteer mentors to build essential life skills and explore topics like identity, emotional well-being, relationships, and decision-making. Sessions are interactive, bilingual, and designed to create a safe, inclusive space where students feel heard and supported. Refer a school here
