Roxana has a B.S in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. With five years of experience in program management, she has a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives that drive social impact, with expertise in program development, cross-functional team leadership, and community partnership building. Roxana is committed to empowering organizations to fulfill their missions and foster lasting change.
In 2018, Roxana was actively involved in the East Palo Alto and surrounding communities. She began her journey as a Family Advocate and progressed to the role of Environmental Justice Programs Manager. In this capacity, she focused on critical issues such as water quality, food insecurity, and educational curricula addressing climate change and environmental justice concerns affecting East Palo Alto. In May 2025, Roxana joined Friends for Youth as their Partnerships Coordinator. In this role, she supports fundraising, donor engagement, communications, and partnership development, contributing to the organization's mission of empowering young people through mentorship.
